Every Wedding Perfume Favors order ships from our French workshop directly to your venue, your home, or your wedding planner — fully labeled, customs-cleared, and ready for your big day.
Production Timeline
Standard production runs 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation to ready-to-ship status, regardless of whether you ordered Signature, Essential, or both. This includes:
- Fragrance preparation and quality control
- Custom label printing (with your unlimited revisions until approval)
- Hand-finishing of bottles and packaging (Signature: book/cube assembly, gold plaques, ribbons; Essential: rollerball assembly, custom label application)
- IFRA Amendment 51 + ISO 22716 GMP compliance documentation

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we handle everything on the customs side — duties, taxes, hazmat documentation — and pre-pay them as part of your shipping cost.

Mixed orders
If you combine Signature + Essential in a single order, shipping is consolidated into one shipment when possible. We calculate the optimal carrier mix and provide a single delivered cost.
We always provide a complete delivered cost in writing before you confirm — no hidden charges, no estimates.
Tracking
The day your order ships, you receive:
- An email with the carrier name and tracking number
- A WhatsApp confirmation if you ordered via WhatsApp
- Direct contact with your account manager for any in-transit question
Receiving Your Order
We ship in protective branded packaging designed to:
- Survive carrier handling on long-haul flights
- Keep alcohol-based Signature perfumes within IATA dangerous-goods compliance
- Arrive in wedding-day condition — bottles immaculate, labels uncreased, packaging intact
Signature Books and Luxe Cubes are shipped in additional foam-padded shipping boxes to protect the gold plaques and inner panels during transit.
If anything is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement immediately.
